Social media addiction no longer discriminates against age, gender, culture or religion. Children and adults, Christian or not, become more and more dependent on it. But as harmless as it may seem, being addicted to social networks is a danger that should in no case be underestimated. Social networks can certainly help us communicate with others, expand our circle of friends and keep us informed of the news. But they can be dangerous for our physical, mental and especially spiritual health.
